Shipping policy

STANDARD SHIPPING

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; APO/FPO/DPO; we ship to select International addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your shipping address and items selected.  Please allow 2 - 3 business days after purchase for shipments; shipments shipped via ground shipping are typically taking 2 - 10 days, depending on location.  International, Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, US Territories, APO/FPO/DPO shipment times will be longer. 

SHIPPING RATES

We offer discounted shipping on all orders over $250 for domestic orders.  International orders will have the shipping charge identified during checkout.  Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments. We are not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We are not responsible for delivery delays, or any other issues once your order leaves our location. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

EXPEDITED orders placed after 3 PM PT Monday - Thursday will ship the following business day, and orders placed on Friday after 11AM PT will ship the following Monday. For Express Shipments, we are not responsible if the shipping service fails to meet the overnight or 2 day service commitment.
