Refund policy

At SHOPKMJ we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality of merchandise. If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 14 days for a refund to the original payment method, less the return shipping cost. Tags must still be attached. Merchandise returned after 14 days and up to 30 days is subject to store credit only. Once the product is received, you will receive a refund (if eligible) or store credit within 7 business days. 

 

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME. A RESTOCKING FEE MAY APPLY. 

 

NOTE: Once a return is approved, items must be shipped within 7 days of the approval of your return.  If you ship your return after that 7 day window (based on the carrier tracking), we will either return your item to you or provide a store credit, at our discretion. 

 

 ALL SALE ITEMS QUALIFY FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY, UNLESS NOTED AS FINAL SALE. EMBROIDERED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

 

1- REQUEST A RETURN

Please click HERE to request to return your KMJ purchase. Your request will be reviewed in 1-2 business days. 

2- PACKING

Safely pack the items you wish to return and include the invoice.  If you no longer have the original packaging please follow USPS, UPS or FedEx guidelines and package your items appropriately.

3- COURIER

If you completed a return request through our return system, you will receive the return label in email. Please be sure to check your spam folder, and add info@shopkmj.com to your address book to ensure that you receive the label. 

4- CREDIT OR REFUND

Return must be shipped within 7 days of return approval. Once we receive your package we will email you to confirm its arrival. Full priced items qualify for a store credit or a full refund issued within 14 days of receiving the product, or store credit up to 30 days of receipt. Shipping will be deducted from the refund amount on orders returned for a refund. ALL SALE ITEMS qualify for store credit ONLY, unless noted as final sale.

If you choose a REFUND, we will withhold a 5% restocking fee for any refund (this is required to cover credit card and other processing fees that we do not recover on cancelled orders).  

5-INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

KMJ ships to the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Philippines, Italy and Greece. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on international orders.
